Construction for Trainer
I cut out all the pattern pieces onto the chosen fabric. I'm making it from a toile sample of a sleeve and scrap scuba from my outfit. However, I think that the choices of fabric are too thin and haven't been as successful as I previously thought it would be. If I did this again I would change the navy fabric to a leather or heavyweight canvas to make a more structured effect. I need to find a suitable fabric for the insole, such as a spacer mesh to give comfort and support before I can sown onto it. In addition, my construction skills could be better to make this but I have to go with what I've got.
