Toile 4

This toile was mainly to see whether the armhole and sleeve worked better, which is why I only produced the one sleeve. It was also to get a feeling of where the pocket should go on my final one, and the practice the make of it. Things I have changed:

- Added a 1cm from the original block sleeve to the top of the sleeves head and the bottom dip

- Matched the back and front hem line together (reduced back by 0.7cm)

- Made the shoulder line the same length (14cm) due to there being a mistake in the previous toile

I believe this is what it will finally look like, but

there are still areas that need a little more look into. There is still a tuck in the top of the sleeve which I want to get rid of, as its only 0.5cm out. In addition, even though I checked twice the shoulder lines still didn't add up when I stitched them together. As it is winter, I'm also wearing a lot bulkier clothing and will be using a drapier fabric so the silhouette isn't perfect on these images. Things I need to change for final garment:

- Check the sleeve head (reduce by 0.5cm)

- Check the shoulder line (must be 14cm on front and back)

- Pattern cut the pockets, pocket bag, lining and facing at the front of the garment

-Decide where the buttons will be placed
