Whilst interning in the Future Apparel Department at Adidas HQ, I was given the opportunity to develop my own project that works within the ethos of Future and Adidas. This meant having to consider what the future might be like in 10 years, how the sport, consumer and brand would be effected and come up with design solutions. 

Snowboarding is a sport I have recently learnt, only starting at 18 within the UK. I knew this to be a niche market and a recent increase in female participants. As the environment is increasing a issue, I knew the snow industry is continuously being challenged to create new ways to still provide the fun and sports we know and love. I thought on how we learn these sports in the UK, a very snowless (more rain) country and how these technologies- such as dry slope- are becoming part of international developments within snow sports. This lead to what would be the best for this different conditions… introducing the NO_SNOW JACKET.
